ThePhoenix Metropolitan Area, commonly known as the Valley of the Sun, is a massive urban expansion spanning over 14,500 square miles across Maricopa and Pinal counties. As the nation’s fifth-largest city, Phoenix sits at the epicenter of a network comprising 24 incorporated municipalities and several dozen surrounding suburban communities. Locals traditionally divide the sprawling valley into distinct geographic regions, each defined by its own distinct atmosphere, demographics, and lifestyle offerings.
In 1991, Faith moved to Mesa, Arizona. She worked for a decade in Public Practice CPA firms in Tempe and Mesa before launching Grade A Business Services from her home, before "work-from-home" was really even a thing. She had a pager, computer and desire to help small business owners. In the beginning she traveled on-site to clients across the valley from Queen Creek to Buckeye and Verado. Later, she worked from a home office in Chandler, serving clients in Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Gilbert and Fountain Hills. When not on-site at a client's location she worked from a shared office space in downtown Phoenix. In 2008 she moved to Tolleson and opened a storefront office at Westgate. Here she was close to the action of the football stadium and developed her West-Valley clientele helping small business owners in Goodyear, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise and Sun City. In 2018 she, her husband and children returned to Central Missouri where she continues to serve those same Arizona-based clients virtually.
